Maison et Objet 2020 is almost here! Taking place at Paris Nord Villepinte from January 17-21, this design fair will start the new year off in the best way possible, with a showcase of novelties and trends from luxurious exhibitors.
At this year’s Hall 6 Stand H26-I25 you will find BRABBU. This is a design brand that reflects an intense way of living, bringing fierceness, strength, and power into an urban lifestyle. Alongside BRABBU, you will be able to find our sisters’ brands Maison Valentina and Rug’Society.
Huli is a tribe from Papua New Guinea known for painting their faces yellow, red and white to impress the enemy. This ritual was the inspiration behind HULI Round Mirror, made of matte casted brass. More than a wall mirror, it is a decorative item that will shine any wall.
Nature in its rawest form flows through this charismatic furniture piece as lava flows from a volcano eruption. Moulded by casted brass and flat mirror, CAY square mirror embodies nature’s ultimate scream. Allow yourself to hear the call, feeling its strength and reflecting it into your urban lifestyle.
A quick look at MAMBU Bookcase and you are able to identify the inspiration behind it. Bamboo is tall woody grass and it inspired the structure of this unique bookcase made in patina casted brass. It features four spacious shelves in smoked glass and two drawers in ebony wood veneer with a glossy varnish. MAMBU is the perfect addition to any office decor or modern living room.
The monolithic statues of Easter Islands, known for Moai or Naoki, were the inspiration behind NOAKI Stool. With a seating in velvet and a base in glossy black lacquer, this distinct contemporary stool is perfect to use as a table stool, living room stool or as a footstool.
Nature in its rawest form flows through CAY Wall Light as lava flows from a volcano eruption. With a structure in matte casted brass, this brass sconce was designed to embody nature’s ultimate scream. Place it in a living room set and it will fill it with a dazzling golden light.
Part of the Kiribati islands group, Nikumaroro is known for its incredible coral atoll. It is the beauty of its corals that make NIKU Pendant Light a rarity in contemporary lighting. Featuring a structure in gold plated brass, shaders in gold plated brass and glass, this pendant lamp will fill any home decor with exoticism.
The Macushi are a population living in the border of southern Guyana and northern Brazil. When married, the Macushi couple lives in the wife’s village and the father-in-law is of great importance in Macushi kinship. Their ancestral family bonds and religious beliefs are depicted by BRABBU’s MACUSHI rectangular wool rug, with its delicate flower patterns and sand hues will be perfect to decorate any modern home decor.
This bathtub combines Ibiza marble and wood and is inspired by the ancient city of Petra, where buildings are directly carved in stone cliffs. The black gloss looks of the wood matching the different shades of white turn this piece into one everlasting exclusive visual experience for the most luxurious bathrooms.
Inspired in The Metropolitan Museum of Art, this washbasin resembles a central mausoleum structure, blending the contemporary chic urban attitude with the classic sober lines. The wooden structure and feet are black lacquered with a high gloss black varnish, featuring a carefully handcrafted carving detail on the glass doors. It has a countertop and rectangular sink made of Nero Marquina marble, making this piece extremely elegant and luxurious.
