Handel Architects Contract Projects
According to Handel Architects, their focus is to “look for solutions that can have an impact beyond the project, that can move the needle in some way and contribute to society and culture.”
They think that great design doesn’t need to be developed with conceit or ego, but rather in a way that will support us all while allowing us to grow and learn. Anyone on their team might have a great idea, and design inspiration can come from a variety of places, such as art, science, history, or philosophy.
Union House is a new boutique condominium project in San Francisco that is on the border of the Pacific Heights and Russian Hill neighborhoods. The interiors were created to complement the building’s modest grandeur while providing occupants with the comfort and tranquillity of home. Millennium Tower Boston Interiors
Millennium Tower is a new 60-story skyscraper in Boston‘s downtown area. The interiors were designed to evoke the grand homes seen in Boston’s Back Bay and Beacon Hill areas. In the past, big residences would employ a large number of employees — butlers, housekeepers, cooks, and so on – who would work together to administer the property. That lifestyle has been reimagined for the present century, featuring superbly trained staff, leisure areas and formal salons, gaming rooms, theaters, dining rooms, waiter-service dining, a bar, a grand staircase, a library, and fireplaces, among other services and amenities.
Inspir Carnegie Hill Interiors

Handel Architects developed a new idea in urban senior living that emphasizes the necessity of linking inhabitants to the outdoors and natural light, which is especially important for those who live in cities.
