The Beaumont Collection – Excellence Residential Project

The Beaumont Collection, a London overlooking residential apartments at the Canaletto Towers, was designed by UNStudio and it unveils its limited-edition collection of elegant three-bedroom modern sanctuaries at the top of the building, designed and furnished by the international design teams from Goddard Littlefair and WOMO Architects.

The multi-awarded winning building conceived by Dutch architecture firm UNStudio is divided into multiple sky neighbourhoods, accentuated through organic banding shapes conveying a sense of scale and intimacy unprecedented for a building of this height.

The design team of WOMO Architects innovated in the design of Beaumont 2802’s open-plan living space by segmenting it fit for entertaining and hosting, however still maintaining personal comfort as a priority.

The naturally oiled wood floor matches with the design details that are accented with light oak and pale sage green, creating a contemporary foundation to a light-filled layout. The bedrooms vary in contemporary aesthetic and design elements, with comfort being the common priority.

The open plan facilitates views and movement easily throughout, but within this, the furniture was arranged to establish subtle zones that are nevertheless separated. The living area is oriented with large comfortable seating zones and adjustable TV stand that doubles as digital art in the space, and feature seating providing variability to how space is used, be it in a snug reading corner, or in a group setting for socialising with friends.

The second apartment – 2501 – situated on the 25th floor, with sweeping views across London, has been designed by Jo Littlefair of internationally acclaimed Goddard Littlefair. The interior design is a sophisticated response to the organic nature of the architecture which lends itself to having soft lines followed through into the interiors. The soft curves in the detailing provide playfulness and speak to the building’s form, fluidly connecting the transition from outside to the inside.

The softened interior styling incorporates natural materials and a natural base palette to provide a minimalist and sophisticated look. Layers of personality are added using a mixture of materials from light wood, marble and ceramics to demure metallics, reflecting the design of the building’s facade. Craftsmanship and luxury come through in the quality of the details, whilst accessories provide sophisticated pops of colour and joy.

Located on Canaletto Tower‘s 24th to the 28th floors, each Beaumont Collection apartment has a wide living space, three double bedrooms with two ensuites, a separate bathroom and powder room, a study and spacious open plan kitchen and lounge area with dual aspect panoramas enjoyed through floor-to-ceiling glass.
