Forest of Light and Lattice – This interior design project was realized for a restaurant built on a farm surrounded by a lush forest. The three-dimensional white lattice nesting above the beams of the existing wooden structure forms the canopy of a forest that brings together the old and the contemporary by suggesting the superimposition of time and space.

Architect and interior design firm Luchetti Krelle is behind the design of ACME; creating the distressed concrete walls, open kitchen and navy-and-grey palate. It has designed many other Sydney restaurants, including The Butler, Barrio Cellarand Momofuku Seiōbo.

Bond is a unique and highly versatile venue. Designed by the award winning team at Hachem, the interior layout combines the grace, openness and vibrancy of an amphitheatre with intimate corners, enclosed booths, and numerous private settings. Stunningly furnished, and appointed with a state-of-the-art lighting and sound system.

More than three years ago, Michelin-star chef Sergio Herman and chef Nick Bril had the idea for their “fine dining meets rock ’n roll” restaurant, and with design studio Piet Boon, have now transformed the former chapel of a military hospital into The Jane, Antwerp. Piet Boon Studio were responsible for the interior design and styling of the restaurant, and have overseen the chapel’s transformation into a high end restaurant with international allure.

To create the most extraordinary experience for diners, interior architecture is inseparable from culinary resplendence. Award-winning international design firm Yabu Pushelberg took on their first restaurant project, designing DALLOYAU Hong Kong based on three resplendent concepts: The Palace of Versailles, Marie Antoinette, and Black & White. The designers experimented with clean lines, defined space, luscious colors and various lightings and materials to juxtapose the historical richness and modernity of the brand.
