Blue Hill at Stone Barns in NY is a restaurant dedicated to connection — and reconnection — with the land, and it lobs out one opportunity after another for patrons to feel a personal bond. In this restaurant interior design, a centerpiece of plants and branches that is druidic in scope draws the eye. It mirrors the hillside and clusters of dense foliage out the windows.

D.O.M., São Paulo, Brazil:
The restaurant has an earthy, black, grey, and brown interior featuring beautiful contract furniture. There 2 person tables (wall side are couches) on the outside of the main dining room and few larger tables in the center. One corner features a collection of woodcarvings from the Amazon and Africa, masks, heads, fish, etc. This continues on into the kitchen where these items seem to have mated with each other and reproduced.

The Mirazur restaurant, in Menton, France spreads over three levels over the hillside and is surrounded by lush vegetation. The elegant, spacious and light-drenched dining room commands a panoramic view of the sea and the town og Menton through the large windows runnins all tha way around.

Located under a glass dome on a 16th floor of Smolenskiy Passage, White Rabbit, in Moscow, is a modern and daring hospitality design in its own way. Here for the first time Russian cuisine sounds in unison with the latest culinary trends and Russian products rise to a height of recognized delicacies. It is one of the most luxurious interiors you will find.

Vendôme, Bergisch Gladbach, Germany:
The dining room is a seriously luxurious space with an elegant cream-and-olive colour scheme and immaculate white tablecloths. Service is seamless.
