Subtlety is the key word in this new face of the hotel. The clean lines of the furniture, the refined colors, the noble materials used, create a refined but non-ostentatious atmosphere.
The visitor, once the threshold of the hotel crossed, penetrates into a bright and luxurious interior. The original marble floor was retained, but combined with glass entrance doors, contract furniture and a refined desk, the combination of tradition and modernity can be seen from the lobby.
The guest can then access their rooms using the wooden and glass elevator, or admire the hotel’s original stained glass windows on the stairs.
The gray marble bar slices with a copper screen that provides a warm and comfortable feeling of warmth. On the ceiling, a fresco by Jean-Michel Alberola dynamises the space and makes the room a singular place of life.
The hospitality project has a monumental glass roof designed by Gustave Eiffel, where guests are invited to take their seats. The duality between tradition and modernity is again emphasized, since it is a resolutely that comes to anchor itself under this historic imprint. On the plate, simplicity and harmony are in the spotlight.
Like the hotel design, the cuisine is refined, never ostentatious. It is therefore the classics of French gastronomy that are reinvented to satisfy the taste buds and awaken the senses. In order to satisfy all the public, even the hurried ones, the V also proposes its “Business Lunch” formula from Monday to Friday, served under the glass roof and in one hour.
