Missing London? So Design Contract. Today we have chosen Hilton London Metropole, one of the Hotels that make us dreaming about coming back there. Located in the heart of London, Hilton London Metrople has suffered an expansive renovation, completed in 2013. Featuring contemporary design elements and impressive menu options for the culinary or cocktail, this London hotel also introduces two new chic and sophisticated food and beverage outlets, EDG Bar Lounge and Whisky Lounge.
Colin Hobart, director of London-based Aukett Fitzroy Robinson, the firm that made Hilton London Metropole‘s lobby and whiskey lounge renovations, says “The one word that the owner [Avner On] repeatedly emphasized throughout the design process was timeless, and that’s what we recognized with our overall design aesthetic”
“A guest’s arrival experience is the most important element to a stay. It sets the scene for what they can expect from a hotel, so our goal was to create a space that met consumer expectations.”
Located in the lobby of Hilton London Metropole, this intimate whisky lounge offers a wide collection (selection?) of whiskies from around the world.
Whether set up to seat 1,600 theatre-style or split into two rooms, the King’s suite is linked to the Monarch suite directly below to form a conference space offering event organizers great flexibility.
The Monarch suite is a multi-purpose room with high-tech lighting and the latest conferencing technology. Build impressive stage sets with room to display a car, helicopter or other sizeable centrepieces.
