Wimberly Interiors – Hard Rock Hotel – The resort road is strategically designed to maximize the first glimpse of the stunning beachfront location, creating anticipation and excitement for the guest arrival. Guest wings are strategically angled to offer the best ocean views.

A blend of colour, textures, heritage and modern style, blend with space and design to create something bespoke and refined. Wimberly Interiors – Confidential Mixed-Use Towers – Two towers with nearly 350 residential units and 250 hotel rooms, are set atop two levels of retail that further activate the site and increase pedestrian flow. Sculpted tower forms allow natural daylight to reach the retail base while extending additional views of Lake Washington and Mount Rainier from the units. An amenity bridge connects the towers with an open-air deck and views of Seattle.

 

Wimberly Interiors - Confidential Mixed-Use Mega Block
Wimberly Interiors – Confidential Mixed-Use Mega Block – This mixed-use project gently lifts at the intersection of two major streets allowing open pedestrian flow and high visibility into the site. The mega block project consists of 475 residential units, 300 hotel rooms, 300,000 square feet of office space, and two levels of retail on the base. The sloped form allows natural daylight to reach the inner courtyard while maintaining views of Lake Washington and Mount Rainier.
