Created in 1991, the MIPIM Awards is an internationally-renowned real estate competition that honours the most outstanding hospitality projects, completed or yet to be built, around the world. The ceromony took place in Cannes during the latest 14 to 17 March, 2017.
This year the jury decided to attribuate the hospitality award of Best Hotel & Tourism Resort to the well-known french company Paris Inn Group.
Paris Inn Group has an extensive operational expertise in the following areas : hotel investment project development, management and marketing of overnight hotel stays.

In November 2014, Paris Inn acquired a 3,130 sq m property located at rue du Pont-Neuf in Paris. Built in 1866, it was the headquarters of Celine, the French luxury fashion house. Respecting the soul of this building and its Haussmannian facade was mandatory, therefore Paris Inn worked with Atelier Cos — an architecture firm in charge of the renovation of Ritz — and Alexandre Danan to create this amazing hospitality design.
After 21 months of work, the old building has transformed into an elegant five-star hotel.
The contract furniture and lighting were choosen from portuguese luxury brands. The luxurious bar chairs are from Brabbu‘s collection and the elegant suspension from its sister brand Delithfull.
This private home will guide you through an authentic and refined experience, and entirely embodies the “French Elegance”. The Maison Albar Hotel – Paris Céline has 60 rooms and suites, a restaurant by Rostang, a Spa Cinq Mondes and a swimming pool.
