Meliá Hotels International has announced the opening of Meliá Ubud, the company’s newest property in Bali.
Only a 45-minute drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport (also known as Denpasar), the resort will include a venue for weddings and events and a relaxation area with a YHI Spa.
The company’s first international hotel, the Melia Bali, opened in the country in 1985. Meliá Ubud will become the fourth Meliá hotel in Bali and the tenth hotel in Indonesia.
Meliá Hotels International, the leading hotel company in Spain, continues to grow in Asia Pacific with the opening of a new hotel in Bali, Meliá Ubud. Meliá Hotels International has signed a management agreement with PT Pilar Prambanan INvestama, a Company part of the Podo Joyo Masyhur Group. The new Meliá Ubud is located in a privileged corner of the city , with easy access to the rest of the island. Figures continue to show that it is a travel destination becoming more and more popular over the past few years.
