In Downtown Houston, there’s a new luxury property and already is known as one of the most beautiful new hotels in the South. Hotel Alessandra opened its doors last October, is a 20-story glass hotel, a 223-key hotel room, has Lucienne as a fining restaurant, Bardot as the lounge bar, and was designed by Rottet Studio in collaboration with Gensler – hotel exterior design – and Valencia Group developed the full hotel. This adorned Art-Deco-inspired hotel decor, who created the Hollywood chicest vibe in the Bungalows at the Beverly Hills, is shortlisted for International design awards 2018 powered by SBID.
Hotel Alessandra transplants old-world luxury to blend seamlessly with Southern charm, sophistication and a business-savvy mindset. This luxury, elegance and cultural influence of European lifestyle can be seen in the main hotel lobby and check-in desk – as well as a ’20s-era bar and lounge area – welcome guests once they ascend a wide, marble staircase. Rich greens, crimsons and lavish gold accents the hotel’s numerous common areas.
The hotel’s amenities include a 5th-floor pool deck and patio, a spa that’ll offer lunchtime massages and to-go meals, and a second-floor restaurant that’ll serve European cuisine prepared with French twists. The hotel also includes one large ballroom space and two smaller event spaces.
Common hotel seating areas are scattered throughout the corridors, many of which offer top-notch views of the downtown skyline. with the pioneering spirit of Texas wildcatter to create a uniquely Houston hotel.
The hotel interior style of Alessandra is modern with pops of colour from the furniture, rugs and artwork. The color scheme in the hotel is white, with accents of gold and jade green.
