Founded in 1947 as a three-man architect firm designing cowsheds in rural Nottinghamshire. Since the very beginning, they have retained a strong belief in the importance of intimacy, honesty and dedication in the work and client relationships.

1. Jewel Changi Airport – Singapore
Jewel is an iconic, world-class lifestyle destination, enhancing Singapore as a major aviation hub.
From retail and dining to leisure attractions and state-of-the-art facilities, its modernity and vibrancy enhance the travel experience.

The expanded Terminal 1 also offers new pedestrian linkages to other terminals and the MRT, improving connectivity and accessibility for all.
Benoy is the Interior Designer and Retail and Aviation Facilities Planner for the development.

2. David Jones Elizabeth Street Flagship – Sydney, Australia
This iconic shopping destination has been given a new lease of life. The first of the twelve levels completed in 2018, the designer Shoe Destination on the seventh floor, with further floors due to following.
3. EAST Hotel – Beijing, China
A unique structure that echoes the natural and artistic elements of its local environment, creating a ‘Zen’ feel to the hotel experience. With 369 guest rooms, including 23 suites, EAST Hotel provides professionals with an escape from the bustling capital. Facilities include a large, state-of-the-art business zone, indoor swimming pool, sauna, spa and gym.
4. Ali Hongqiao Centre – Shanghai, China
Benoy brought together simple elegance with science and technology to inform the interior style across each of the buildings.
5. City Walk – Dubai, UAE
Through detailed architecture, a common visual language, and culturally relevant design, we created a contemporary, open-air destination that responds to the surrounding streets and buildings.
6. Hangzhou Tower 501 Plaza – Hangzhou, China
A luxurious mixture of retail, food and beverage, entertainment and lifestyle, Hangzhou Tower 501 Plaza presents all of its offerings through a fun, contemporary and visually rich design. With showcase and gallery spaces located throughout the mall, such as the main glass atrium displaying a wealth of merchandise, Hangzhou Tower provides a new form of exploration for shoppers.
