For the past years there is one contract designer that keeps growing among the best designers, that designer is Justin Wells, founder of Wells International, but has some prior experience in some of the most prominent interior design companies, the likes of StudioHBA, Woods Bagot and DWP.

Over the course of his 26-year career, Justin Wells has built relationships with customers, authorities, and professional colleagues, allowing him to draw on a wide range of architectural and ID typologies. Justin Wells passion for leisure architecture, hotels, food and beverage, residential design, and interior design has led to extensive travel over the course of his life, allowing him to gain a comprehensive awareness of global trends and retroactive influences.

Porsche Design Hotel
Porsche Design Group and Justin Wells are joining forces to present the Steigenberger Porsche Design Hotels brand, an innovative hotel concept in the Luxury Lifestyle Segment. They plan at least 15 hotels in metropolises right across the world.
Justin Wells describes the hotel brand as allowing Porsche Design to “transfer its brand philosophy to exterior and interior architecture”.
Hard Rock Hotel Dubai
World’s tallest hotel building, the 78 storeys Hard Rock Hotel is located on the Sheikh Zayed Road in the center of Dubai, UAE. It is one of the most artistic designs by Justin Wells.
Justin Wells found inspiration by the dynamic SOUNDS of ROCK in various attributes,Justin creates an imaginative, energetic yet comfortable environment of Hard Rock Hotel Dubai where the freedom and independence is expressed and celebrated in an inspirational lifestyle. Just like Rock music, the hotel showcases the authenticity in design which reflects the uniqueness of sounds of rock as it travels through the spaces. Arriving at the ground floor reception, you will fall in love with the ‘Sound Wave Lobby’, then check-in at the melody lobby on 25th level that inspired by the form of black guitar. Enjoy your evening at the imagination lounge on the 29th floor, which creates passionate emotional connections with music lovers.
W Abu Dhabi Hotel – Yas Island
W Abu Dhabi – Yas Island has taken pole position as the Middle East’s leading design hotel, thanks to talent of Justin Wells. A dynamic property built around Arabian tradition, from pearl diving to kufic calligraphy and a desert in full bloom. This distinctive luxury hotel is high on visual impact – a destination for those who dream big and live loud.
Justin Wells design brief was to develop a multi-layered narrative which addresses the cultural, social and historical context of Abu Dhabi, in an innovative way that depicts the bold & witty attitude of all W Hotels. Strong storytelling design runs throughout to ensure that all guests feel a sense of connection to the place.
Aloft City Centre Deira
Designed by Justin Wells, when he was at StudioHBA, with Bluehaus Group handling the fitout. The Aloft Hotel is an urban yet authentic and youthful space featuring 304 guest rooms, including 29 suites, and offers direct connectivity to the Deira City Centre shopping mall.
Justin Well‘s concept of the hotel is based on the idea of self expression and diversity, and is designed to encourage social interaction and attract the bold, and energetic traveller. This contemporary visual interpretation is portrayed through vibrant colors, urban textures and intricate patterns artfully blended to give an overall cool design.
